Long-term experience in designing and installing solar and lighting systems have formed a large knowhow internal database. This database has led to different questionnaires, which we would recommend you use for every project. These questionnaires can be obtained from our partners in your region after presenting your contact details or directly through the contact form.
These questionnaires will guide you as a customer through the various solar and lighting solutions and possibilities and finally will form a serious base for cooperation. Installation training, installation supervisory, and commissioning will form a part of our proposals to our clients.
Lighting Simulation Programs and Design
TellCo Europe is using different lighting simulation programs. After obtaining the project details and specifications, it will inform our customers about the lighting distribution results of the project and will form the base of our proposal and pricing. We will propose the most economical system configurations, meeting customer specifications and requirements.

Rainy Days
TellCo Europe Rainy Days Calculation program (RDC)
- TellCo Europe has developed the RDC (Rainy Days Calculation) for each country and region on the globe. The TellCo Europe entire database for calculating the Rainy Days or Survival days will be used to design the Solar Systems with the best type of batteries, LED lightings and solar panels.
- The RDC “survival days” is based on the average hours of sunlight from the past 5 to 10 years.
- Very accurate calculation system developed to get the correct sizing for the solar panel and the battery capacity required for that country or region.
- The final result is that it will give us information regarding the number of expected rainy days survival.
Project Management and Planning
The TellCo Europe project management is responsible for the product quality and meeting the FOB shipping dates. Both project management groups are working with modern PM programs showing all details actions and time of the project, in cooperation with our customers. TellCo Europe could arrange the shipping as well and together with our customers we could go through customs till arrival on location site.
Logistic Services
Shipment documents and certifications for each country will be supplied based on country requirements. In order to prepare shipment to each company and country, we need to know which documents and certifications are required for shipping and local authorities like customs, municipalities, etc. Each customer needs to complete our TELLCO LOGISTICS GUIDELINES FORM FOR CUSTOMERS.
This document needs to be signed by each customer for each project/purchase order. The document needs to be signed before the shipment can be released.
We have our own standards and will use our standard if no changes are required from your side. However, TellCo Europe is NOT responsible if some documents are missing during or after receiving the shipment. The form can be requested by our contact form.
Certification Document Services
TellCo Europe has for all our standard products international certification documents like CE, ROHS, TUV, UL, etc. These documents can be requested at our sales departments, if needed, and will be accomplished with all the shipments. TellCo Europe will never ship goods, that are not certified!
In some countries, a Certificate of Conformity or CoC is requested. This is a mandatory document, that is necessary for customs clearance of exports to many countries around the globe.
TellCo Europe can facilitate the Certificate of Conformity for exports to Algeria, Botswana, Cameroon, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Kuwait, Nigeria (SONCAP), Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, (SASO) Tanzania, and Uganda.
The Certificate of Conformity shows, that the goods being exported comply with the relevant technical regulations and national, regional, or international standards of the country of import. Protecting the health, safety, and environment of citizens from substandard imported goods and giving them the assurance they need in their local market. The Certificate of Conformity is a mandatory document, that is necessary for customs clearance.

Maintenance Contract Services
TellCo Europe recommends its customer to accept a maintenance contract, which will make sure that the solar and lighting systems are cleaned from time to time, failures caused by third parties are reported and repaired and the after every inspection the detailed internal measuring values of each solar system is recorded for comparison with the initial ones.
Installation Services
Installation work is an important part of the project and could also be supervised by TellCo Europe.
Some important details of the installation work could be the following:
- Dismantling existing poles and disposal
- Secure storage area for our products
- Arrange local transport, labor forces, and equipment
- Design and install foundations
- Assembly of the lighting poles on-site or at the storage location
- Install the lighting poles on the foundations
- Install the battery box beside the foundation
- Connect the wires and check the lights
- Commissioning and hand-‐over to the Contractor
Feasibility Studies and Energy Audits Services
We perform energy audits and feasibility studies to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Our TellCo Europe Engineers offer a wide range of energy audit services based on client needs and budget.
The energy audit is the first step in the retrofit process and consists of the following: an initial data collection phase, an-on site evaluation of the indoor or outdoor area, lighting, envelope, domestic hot water, and any process equipment and a detailed assessment of the building’s health and safety; computer-assisted energy modeling and/or excel calculation; and a complete report of cost-effective energy-saving recommendations. The engineers can also provide detailed specifications for the upgrade/installation of new energy-efficient equipment, that meets the recommendations of the audit report.
TellCo Europe will visit your facilities and produce a free preliminary report to assess your energy consumption and help you make informed choices. Then, if you decide to enlist our services, our experts will conduct a feasibility study to identify concrete measures to better control your electricity and energy consumption.
